It gives real-time confirmations while reducing communication and manpower costs at the same time. The tool is available exclusively to travel professionals.
With Kobra, our clients can access Kuoni Destination Management’s customised FIT itineraries online. The Europe-wide online booking system with its instant online, real-time confirmations gives travel professionals access to our entire range of carefully selected, centrally located FIT hotels throughout the whole continent. It offers local services covering transfers, excursions and sightseeing. The online engine is accessible 24 hrs / 365 days a year via the Internet with a single point of entry for all product needs, the service and the system. Clients can expect a rapid turnaround of bookings and a reduction in communication and manpower costs.
Contract terms
- Minimum 200 room nights per year
- Bank deposit (unless credit facilities are already in place)
- Kobra access is restricted to the travel trade. Only travel agents, tour operators or wholesalers are eligible to obtain system access.
System requirements
- Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.x (minimum) is recommended.
- Screen resolution: best visible with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
